Whitecap NPI Opens Sales Office

The developers at the $800 million Whitecap NPI project this week announced the opening of the Whitecap Sales Center on the site to begin taking reservations for homesites.

The center is located at 14353 Commodores, at the Commodores/Compass Street intersection. Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

“Opening our sales center is an exciting milestone in the development of Whitecap NPI,” said Strategyst Founder Arnie Seitel. “It allows us to meet with people to share the vision, showcase the development, and provide a sense of what life will be like at Whitecap NPI. There is tremendous interest from prospective buyers across Texas. Many of whom are eager to be on the ground floor of this ambitious project.”

Homesites in Whitecap NPI Phase I will include villa and manor lots, many of which are set on a canal. Manor and estate homesites will be available in future lot releases.

Whitecap NPI development plans to include a diverse mix of more than 73 acres of residential, including single-family homes, villas, condos, and cross-generational housing. Its master plan consists of a 50-acre public town center and mixed-use area, ideal for a variety of dining, entertainment, and retail options; resort-style hotel; a luxury marina with state-of-the-art dry stack and boat storage; yacht club; cafés, shops, galleries, and markets; and a nature preserve.

Construction is underway on the infrastructure and canal network linking the beach to the bay, and progress is underway to restore the 30-acre Whitecap NPI nature preserve a major feature of Phase I of the development.

Calling all young artists from kindergarten through sixth grade. You can design the next Padre Island National Seashore Annual Park Pass. The first-place winning entry will be used on the 2024 Annual Park Pass!

Dust off those colored pencils and get drawing! All entries must be postmarked no later than Friday, September 15, 2023.

Prizes are awarded to the top three winning entries. The first-place prize includes an Annual Pass featuring winning artwork, $125 in art supplies, and a Padre Island reusable water bottle! All prizes are generously provided by Western National Parks Association.
