Watch for Gulf Carts on the beaches of Padre and Mustang islands this summer.

Volunteers on board are looking to help visitors get the most out of their vacation in the Coastal Bend. Gulf Coasters are giving out information and gifts and awarding prizes.

Gulf Carts will act as mobile visitor centers for travelers looking for information regarding current events or festivals taking place on the island and in Corpus Christi.

Gulf Carts can be spotted along the Corpus Christi beachfronts on Padre and Mustang islands.

Packery Channel has it’s own launch and the Island has several boat ramps in Padre Isles exclusively for the use of owners of property and their guests. You cannot leave your trailer at these ramps unless you have registered your trailer and vehicle, but you can launch!

Windward Parking Lot is located on Windward Drive off Whitecap Blvd.

They have bathrooms, showers, and it’s right on the North Padre Seawall.

We purchased and renovated this condo during the lockdown in 2020.

The renovations and furnishing took awhile, but it was worth it! The condo was added to just a few months ago.

As you can see, our guests have really enjoyed the property.

This condo is perfect for families or friends wanting to go to staycation in Texas. Come for a beach trip to or head out of for a fishing trip.

Once you’re back at the condo you’ll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the deck and some stunning sunsets.

The master bedroom suite has a super comfy king size bed. Enjoy a flat screen smart TV laying down when not enjoying the beautiful canal view. Grab two glasses of wine and step out to your private balcony and watch the view.

Two Other Bedrooms and One Full Bathroom
One bedroom has bunk bed with two queen size beds and walk in closet. The other bedroom has two single beds (one pull up). Bathrooms are stocked with essentials.
