See you this Saturday for the Barefoot Mardi Gras PARADE 2025!

Come early! Parade starts at 11am, beach closes to cars by 10:30 am

Check our new parade route as you plan your day at the beach on March 1 for Barefoot Mardi Gras PARADE 2025!
- Head in or tail in parking – east to west only
- Drive slow! Use caution and look out for others.
- Do not remove or move orange flags marking the parade route.
- Do not bring glass containers.
- Bring your own trash bags and help us by taking your trash with you.
- The parade route will close at 10:30am-ish or earlier if the beach is full.
- There is a public parking lot on Windward
- We parade Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold!

Turtle 🐢 Release tomorrow on island

The Texas State Aquarium Wildlife Rescue Center will be releasing 400 turtles at Padre Balli Park Beach Access Road 6 on Saturday, February 1st starting at 10 am.

Sea Turtle 🐢 Release tomorrow in Port A

🚨 There will be a public Sea Turtle Release tomorrow!! 🐢

They will be returning over 60 sea turtles back into the Gulf!

Fish Friday: Tim and Angela Goldstein of Corpus Christi took first place in the unguided division at the Hunt for Reds October fishing tournament held in Port Aransas on Saturday, Oct 5. (Photo by Alex Berksan.) The Goldsteins had the heaviest stringer (18.35 pounds), longest red (25 7/8 inches) and a total of four spots.
