This picture is why I do not kill mature nanny does. Not only are they the smartest deer in the woods, but usually they are great mothers.They will at least have twins sometimes triplets every year. Yet it seems like there's a war on them. Remember, they're the ones that train the other deer, where the best food is, where to bed and how to escape predators, as well as how to identify hunters in trees that are playing on their phone.
