Gooseberry Lodges in Apple Valley is currently hiring for a part time housekeeping position. Hours would generally be between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, 4-5 days per week. Must be able to work some weekends.

Gooseberry Lodges is currently seeking a highly motivated and determined individual to work in a fast-paced cleaning environment. Job duties will include cleaning cabins and bathroom facilities, changing trash bins, sorting and folding laundry, and stocking supplies, among other duties. This position will require medium lifting (~25 lbs max), climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and must be able to pass a background check. Shifts will typically be between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Four to five work days per week needed. Must be able to work Sundays. Some holidays will be required. Pay will be hourly and rate will start at $12.00/hr DOE. Training will begin first half of February.

PLEASE NOTE: Gooseberry Lodges are not vacation rentals but are part of the Hotel/Motel Industry. Therefore, we are looking for an hourly employee that will be on payroll. We will not consider cleaning companies, maid services, or other individuals looking for piece-rate compensation.

In honor of Veterans Day, we’ve decided to throw out a last minute deal. For tonight and tomorrow night, November 10 & 11, we are offering a 50% discount on our room rates for veterans and active duty military and service members. This means our larger cabin suites will go for $45 and our smaller bunkhouse cabins will be $25. This would be a great time to visit Zion National Park which is only 40 minutes away, especially since all national parks have free attendance for Veterans Day.

Offer is good for one night only. Additional nights will be 10% off normal prices. In order to redeem, reservations must be made over the phone and a valid military ID must be provided upon check in. Please call us at 435-313-0832 for availability and to make a reservation.
