This is the road to Hana. If you've driven it then you know what it's like, but I can't wait to drive it again (in about six weeks). To know what my clients can expect in Maui now, I'm taking a "reconnaissance" trip, to become familiar with the conditions for island visitors after Maui's devastating fire in August 2023. I was last in Maui in 2014. I expect to be surprised in many ways. Some good, some not good. If you've been there in the last year I'd like to hear your experience in the comments.
