A more affordable solution to a full window replacement is to cover sections with vinyl. This is especially beneficial here with entrance flaps because it it a high traffic area and vinyl is more durable than mesh, so this solution costs less and lasts longer.

The only situation where this option is not available is if the entire window is damaged or dry rotted.
