Night of Lights starts November 18 to January 28. Historic St Augustine is only 20 mins away! Uber/lyft are very accessible to the house. We have used them multiple times.

I pulled into the driveway and heard this strange sound. Realized it was a dolphins blow hole. Went to check it out and it was a whole family of dolphins swimming between the docks at high tide!!

Florida Fall weather has rolled in, and it's the perfect weather for the beach! I could lay on the deck all day or on the lounge chair at the end of the dock watching the boats come in!

We replaced the roof over the dock and I had a nice surprise when I came out to see the roof, the guys finished off the rest of the dock! The view is spectacular!! Pictures do not do it justice. Buying lounge chairs now! This area is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening, coffee in the morning or sun bathing during the day! I also plan to add water misters to keep you cool in the summer!

"The views from this beautiful home are breathtaking! From the moment we walked into the house, the expansive views of the intracoastal and the dock through the giant sliders and windows was simply gorgeous. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated with nautical and beach themes. The bedding was fresh and new and all of the beds were very comfortable. The sitting room off of the master was a highlight, perfect to cuddle up on the sofa with a book and a cup of coffee. We love to cook and the kitchen was large and well-stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, foil, storage bags, trash bags, paper towels, etc. The owners, Amanda and Wes, were very communicative, kind, and generous. They left us wine, sparkling cider (for the kids), chocolates and gourmet popcorn to enjoy. Not only that, but they offered for us to eat and drink any unopened items from the fridge and pantry, which was really kind! The location was very convenient. The beach was just a couple of blocks down the street and across the A1A - the short walk was very charming through a large tunnel-like covering of beachy trees above the steps. We brought our boat to the property, where there was plenty of space in the driveway to park it. Although the home's boat lift was not yet ready during this trip, there were two boat ramps within a block or two of the house. One was free and another had a larger ramp (and was just a $10 daily fee). We launched the boat and took easy day trips to St. Augustine and enjoyed walking around and some mini-golf. We also enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage, our daughters took out the 2-person kayak, and we enjoyed two mornings at the beach using the beach wagon, toys, and chairs. The loft was a cool space with lots of beds and a great game table. There was a shelf filled with boards games and we had lots of laughs and fun playing Balderdash, Clue, and dominoes as a family. We loved this house and would definitely go back to enjoy it again! Thank you to Amanda and Wes for a wonderful experience."
