I've been putting out some cat food for a tabby that I see occasionally. Early in the morning I followed this porcupine around the house. Guess he likes the food too!

This 2333 square feet Single Family home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located at 690 N Pebble Beach Dr, Crescent City, CA.
My friends at www.naturespiritherbs.com have been harvesting wild Pacific Sea Vegetables, including Bull Kelp, on the coast for 30 years. They use 2-man inflatable kayaks during low tide to carefully select and collect the kelp, which they then dry at their farm. Check them out and the variety of products.
Warm weather with blue sky's. Many pelicans and sea birds feasting on bait fish today.
Agates, agates and agates! Nadine from Bulgary has found some beautiful agates just out front.
Dear Guests and Friends,
We had a wonderful run but it's time to sell and move on. Many of you have stayed here and we have enjoyed your company and making friends from all over the world. My mother and father designed and built this custom home in 1987. This custom build has one of the best views on Pebble Beach Dr. From the upper level you have spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean and beach. Every room has an ocean view. As they say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, and this LOCATION truly has the million-dollar view. This location is a great single-family residence and provides good short-term rental income if you want to rent rooms. For the past 5 years I lived upstairs in the master bedroom and rented out the 3 other rooms.

Ready for the weather to warm up some!
Next time you enjoy eating a nice dungeness crab consider what the crab fishermen endure and how hard they work. They usually anchor out in the ocean and sleep all night on their boats. Someone is always awake to keep an eye out. They work long hours and don't get a lot of sleep. Thanks to all the crabbers who work so hard to feed us! 🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀
Wild weather creates some beautiful sunsets! Is that T-Rex or Snoopy?

Today was beautiful and warm for December. It's 75 degrees in the upstairs. Where are all the vacationer's, and beach lovers, is it the economy or just the time of year, or what?
For those who know me you know I am a motor head and love automobiles. Got this beast cleaned up and put away. When you live on the coast your vehicle is clean when you're done then the next day is destroyed. Hope everyone is doing well! Guests who stay this November and December will get a good sample of my smoked salmon from Alaska, Chetco or Rouge.
Beautiful pink sunset! Love this time of year.
The weather is the bomb! Perfect swells for surfing too! Get to the coast
Salmon fishermen take note! We had an awesome day on the Rouge landing 7 nice fish, with one at 29lbs. Dan and his brother work hard at catching! Dan can be reached at 541-698-7513.
Such a beautiful day on the coast!
Enjoying an early morning cup of coffee and noticed this otter walking up on the beach.
We are ready for spring! Had this beautiful 🌈 this morning then it hailed.
Beautiful weather today!
CHP keeping people safe not letting them park on Pebble Beach Dr. Cal trans has been clearing the driftwood off the road all morning. Be safe out there!
It's pretty wild on the ocean today and these two surfers were out there catching some waves.
These trucks got wet from the high tide that came over the berm. Wild ocean today
We had a beautiful sunset tonight! Caught a nice salmon yesterday on the Smith. Bad lighting for the pic but the meat was in great shape!
The Pacific Ocean has started to draw the sand off the beach and the rocks are starting to get exposed. Will post another video soon. It's also time to start seeing grey whales heading south.
Love this time of year. The beautiful sunsets, the calmness of the ocean, and the great red tail surf perch fishing. So grateful to live here and the ability to offer guests this exceptional location and experience.
The summer season has pushed all the sand on the beach, but soon the winter storms will pull the sand out and we will start seeing the rocks. I'll be posting pics as the sands goes away and the rocks are exposed.
Another beautiful sunset with 66 degree weather.
Another beautiful cool day on the beach. Celebrate our freedom with a big bang!!
We are harvesting some yummy Pacific Razor Clams.
