We’re recruiting more guides to join our awesome team! We’re looking for hiking, backpacking, and mountain biking guides and mountain bike instructors for flexible, part-time work starting spring 2024 and avalanche instructors for next winter. We are SO excited to introduce our latest offering in Crested Butte: a Women's Backcountry Essential course for all of you female-identifying individuals out there hoping to learn more about how to travel in the winter backcountry. Join other women to improve your understanding of backcountry gear, winter navigation, backcountry travel techniques, and snowpack assessment.

No backcountry experience needed.

Session 1 runs Jan. 11 from 5-7:30 PM and Jan. 13 from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Session 2 runs Feb. 7 from 5-7:30 PM and Feb. 9 from 8:00 AM -12:30 PM.
