90-90 Hip Mobility Exercise
One hip mobility exercise is demonstrated by @bubba_inthegym (on Instagram) as he explains below ⬇️

The 90-90 Hip Mobility Exercise:
Both knees should be bent on a 90degree angle & start on the ground facing the same direction. Feet should remain in the same place & the knees are then swiveled side to side like windshield wipers. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps in each direction.

Regular performance of this exercise will surely increase hip mobility. He recommends performing this before any lower body training or as part of any warmup before athletic performance.
