What a perfect day in Crosby today! Went for a fat bike ride and got to see some of the fun from the homecoming event. Looked like a great turnout on Serpent Lake!

We frequently get asked for dining recommendations in the area, and our answer is usually “all the restaurants are amazing!”. We have yet to have a subpar meal at any of the establishments. Today we stopped into for lunch, and had another amazing meal. I had the Rustic Turkey Melt and Jenn had the Cran Grilled Squash Salad - both were so good! No pics of the food since we finished it so quick 😆

The weather is getting to be warmer and there is plenty of snow to play in! has done a lot of grooming on the trails, so make sure you get out and enjoy it. PSA - make sure those tires are at 5 PSI or lower to avoid leaving ruts on the trails.
