Meet Susan Swindeman, a dedicated occupational therapist who has been on a mission to make a difference in children's lives throughout her professional career. Driven by her passion for helping children thrive, she founded Wee Care Therapy, which is celebrating its' 30th year of providing high quality therapy services to families in the community through dedicated professionals. Sue takes pride in mentoring therapists and watching them flourish. She understands that collaboration is key to unlocking each child's potential and is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with families and fellow professionals every step of the way. Sue co-authored the books: Tools for Tots: Sensory Strategies for Toddlers and Preschoolers https://amzn.to/3wjFio0 and Tools for Infants: Sensory-Based Strategies for Parents, Caregivers, and Early Intervention Providers which have proved to be valuable resources for families and professionals world-wide. These books have been translated in German, Turkish and Brazilian Portuguese. Sue also extends her expertise by presenting fun, interactive continuing education seminars on sensory processing internationally, where participants can experience firsthand the sensory effects on learning and behavior.
