Day 2 on . So far it’s living up to the hype. Better layout. Better food. Adults area. Elongated, less smokey casino. The food options in the Aqua Dome Market are get for lunch. Mixed feelings on the Infinite Balcony design. Pictures to come.

Santorini: The typical not what Instagram makes it out to be. Mid-May brought 3 ships into port and the high season hasn’t even started for regular tourists. The entire old town looks like a duty free shop. A few good restaurants are pilled in but not the relaxed, picturesque atmosphere you’re expecting. The views are cool and there are probably some nice resorts hiding in town and on the outskirts. If you’re going by air, book a good resort with a buffer from the cruise passengers. Maybe a house with a pool. The wineries are a couple miles out of town. If you’re going by sea be prepared for 600 stairs in high season. When multiple ships arrived it created a multi hour line for the lift. The alternative is the donkeys or stairs. The downside: the donkeys are on the stairs. The 2nd downside: the donkeys also sh*t on the stairs. Sorry to burst your bubble.
