Bensalem Travel Plaza’s service center announcement.



Effective April 1st,
2024 The Ossco Group will be taking over our truck repair facility and our Western Snowplow operations.



The Ossco Group is a talented company with state-of-the-art technology to improve our truck repair service center and to better serve our customers' needs. I am very excited to help in
this transition of change.



I find these changes very positive and needed. These changes are being made for personal reasons associated with my family’s needs.



It is very important to understand, Bensalem Travel Plaza is not going anywhere, I will remain active with the management of the properties truck parking, assisting our customers’ needs
with fleet management, Western Snowplows support and rock salt sales.

March 1, 2024 Bensalem Travel Plaza Announcement:

Well, after 3 years of thinking about the future, I have decided to exit the truck repair and snow plow business. I have made this decision for many reasons, but the primary reason is the changes that have happened to me and my family are forcing me to change as well. My family life has to come before work, I no longer have the energy or desire / passion to continue as in the past. I realize and accept I will never be the person I once was, and will do whatever is needed for myself, Sue, Erin and Joe. Ultimately, Bensalem Travel Plaza will be in position to better serve our customers’ needs going forward.

Effective April 1, 2024 the Ossco Group, owned by Kyle Miller will take over our maintenance facility. Kyle’s company brings new technology, new people to our facility to improve our services to our customer base. "Ossco Group is where excellence meets innovation in heavy-duty truck, equipment, hydraulics, and engine repair. As an emerging industry leader, Ossco Group is committed to revolutionizing the repair and maintenance experience for our valued customers.”

Going forward after April 1st I will remain here to manage the other areas of our business. Additionally, I will be assisting in the transitions such as customer introductions, teaching our snow plow dealership requirement’s, property management and yes, rock salt. I will be personally involved over the next 5 years, but not as in the past.

This decision has been long and well thought out, the timing is here so it is time to react accordingly.

I wish nothing but the Best for our Staff, Customers, Vendors and Kyle Miller with the Ossco Group and again, I will remain to help this transition be successful with any of our team members that join The Ossco Group.
