Guinness and I usually walk in the morning, but it was 72 degrees at 5 today so we took an afternoon stroll at Leinster. And then we came back to Pressure Drop just in time for this.
This tiny island never fails to amaze.

Sunset dinner last night STJ Hideaway. As an open air restaurant, when a brief little rain shower appeared out of nowhere, everyone on staff reacted with grace and speed, making sure diners and tables were dry. We were all old friends after that! It was one of those unique, unexpected experiences that makes this island an adventure.

Amazing food came out quickly after. Octopus, lamb ragu, black bean dip were exciting and different dishes with layered flavors. Can’t wait to try the tasting menu, each diner gets five different dishes so if you are with someone that is cool with sharing, you get to try 10 dishes. Great addition to St. John restaurant scene!

The donkeys were out early at Cinnamon today!

We are installing AC this week in our main pod, so starting 8/1, Pressure Drop will have full AC - will be a nice reprieve from the summer heat.
