Really nice feedback from outgoing guests-

This was a great property on St. John. The house had just what you needed and was a beautiful location. The kitchen is fully stocked with a good stove. Plenty of den space to relax. The bedrooms were nice being separate from each other to give everyone the space they needed. Pool is in a great spot with morning sun but afternoon shade. Outdoor showers were a little different but turned out nice and secluded enough. Location of the house is about a 10-15 minute drive to Cruz Bay but worth it. It was nice to be a little bit away but still close enough. We enjoyed the drive and couldn’t beat the house view. Definitely a great deal for the price and a very up to date home. Property manager Katja was awesome and very helpful. The house was the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in and truly felt like home. Will defiantly be back.

Our most recent guests seemed to enjoy their stay-
If you are looking for paradise— all you have to do is stay at Rob’s exquisite house. You have all the amenities inside and out and a wonderful property manager that greets you when you arrive in St. John. You will sleep like a baby in the cozy and comfortable beds and wake up to a glorious view from the outside deck. The place is stunning -- it is beyond a 5 star accommodation. They have everything you need from a cooking perspective and all of the essentials for your beach excursions - chairs, coolers, noodles. Our family loved every minute of our stay that we even added an additional night. If you are traveling to St. John this is the place to stay! We will definitely be back.

Our holiday guests just left. They were first time visitors to Sundancer and St John, like many of our guests this past year, sounds like they discovered their new adopted home!
"Sundancer does not disappoint in any fashion - the views, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the amenities - it has it all. This was my family and I's first trip to St John, and it was a perfect location for us. Private, yet still within a 10-minute drive to town. Very safe, very welcoming, and has all the amenities that make you want to spend every evening on the pool deck watching the sunset. Property management was perfect - welcomed us to the island, helped us navigate the first trip to the villa, quickly got us set up and answered any questions at the villa, and then left us to do our thing! Internet, smart TVs, appliances... all are in perfect working order and made for a great home-base when needing to get some quick work done or enjoy some rest time back at the house. We will absolutely seek out Sundancer on our next return to STJ - hoping it's very soon!"

Another guest just left and sounds like they had a good stay-"Everything was perfect. The house is remarkable. Well decorated, lots of space, wonderful amenities, and just a nice modern contemporary feel. The house is in the mountains with a spectacular view of the ocean! The house is well equipped with things that make you feel at home. There was nothing I forgot at home that they did not have readily available. Robert was very attentive and went over and beyond to make sure our stay in the USVI was memorable. When we travel, we like a nice mixture of excursions with relaxation. Sundancer is located in the perfect location for this. The drive down was only 15mins to town but secluded enough to really appreciate the nature and views"

“Robert's place was simply amazing. By amazing I mean stunning (wonderful art, every amenities imaginable, great bed - best sleep I've had outside my home ever, etc.). To say Robert’s home exceeded our expectations would be a significant understatement. We found our new St John home away from home and will stay at no other place going forward. Additionally, by hiring Cimmaron Property Management, Robert ensured a truly wonderful vacation experience. The Cimmaron Staff provided wonderful hospitality. This is a top-notch company and crew that "gets it". While the house is perfect, the unique customer service experience included a welcome package awaiting us upon arrival. All the excellent treats allowed us to relax after a hectic travel day instead of having to run to the store to get provisions. Our family was extremely impressed with the treatment we received.
