You may have heard about the power outages on St John, but rest assured. If you stay with us you will have power! With our solar off-grid system and some conservation, Sunset Villa has been online, with power, non-stop for weeks! No interruptions to internet either thanks to Starlink! We constantly monitor power to make sure our guests are able to enjoy every minute of their time on our favorite rock in the middle of the ocean!

We are continually upgrading Sunset Villa! These brand new machines replaced some dinosaurs. Perfect for doing the wash through your stay, Sunset Villa has two great laundries, one on the lower level and one on the upper. As we say when you visit the island “bring half the clothes and twice the cash” and that is now even easier with this upgrade!
