Happy Veterans Day!

To all who have served or are serving, we thank you. Thank you for giving of yourself to serve your country. Few men take that step, and today, we honor your sacrifice. More than that, we honor those who made it homecoming, but the scars of that service was too much to bear. On this Veterans Day, to stop the bleeding, we shed light and sweat to remember those still with us still struggling every day with the weight of duty having never left them. Too many veterans take their own lives because of the service they endured for this country. Honor these veterans. Don’t let them become a Memorial Day Hero. Fight for them. Help them.

Sara Wilkinson, Rogue, crossfit, and GORUCK present the Hero workout Chad1000X in honor of Navy seal Chad Wilkinson, who died by su***de on Oct. 29, 2018, due to the effects of numerous deployments, several traumatic brain injuries, blast-wave injuries, and post-traumatic stress. Our goal is to honor Chad’s life and legacy, and to raise awareness for su***de prevention.

Remember, mastering technique and building core strength is the KEY to safe and effective lifting. Keep this in mind as you navigate your training!
