JAW Aviation Consulting is excited to announce 2 Lear 45 full time positions.

Dallas area local preferred – 2 hour proximity to DAL
PIC 3000 total time min * $170K
SIC 1000 total time min * 120K
Prefer PIC to be typed and current

Aircraft will be Part 135 charter in probably 6 months once it has completed conformity. Estimating 10-15 charter hours per month. Possibly 20 hours in busy times, depending on how much owner uses it.

Typical owner travel will be between DFW, west Texas, Mexico, and Southern California. (probably 15-20 per month)

With charter flights, pilot uniforms will be required. Dark pants, dark shoes, white pilot shirt and silver epaulets. (No tie)

Benefits include paid medical, dental & vision by employer for pilot only. Family is extra. 401k with match. Once they become Part 135 pilots, they will get the required mandatory 13 days off per quarter in addition to 14 PTO days per year.
