Client, last night, 61 days before her trip (iykyk): JK, what if we added more dining?
Me: OH THANK GOD.

All jokes aside, I was the one who made the mistake not offering more options! I'm so glad this client asked for them and I'm so glad we got all SIX bookings this morning!
