Reason ONE MILLION why you should use a Disney planner...
This morning was a client's dining booking window opening, so naturally we were up at 5:45 with a two-pronged plan of attack. The clock struck 6, we started off strong...and realized the app was buggy, the calendar wasn't extending for their full trip, and one of their most desired dining options would be closed on the day they requested. Yet with a bit more work on my end, we got all eleven of her dining requests checked off, a few days reworked to fit everything in, and added a family meal to boot. Good job to my client for scoring her first reservation (and good job us for not panicking when EVERYTHING seemed to fail!).
