As 2024 ends, I cannot help but recall how many wonderful memories were made in Mexico this year. And as I look ahead to 2025, I am thinking of Cuatro Ciénagas, Coahuila, that well-kept secret on the Chihuahuan desert, where the origin of life has stood still for millions of years. I have always wanted to go to this exotic oasis, and it looks like in 2025 I will finally get that chance.
