When you come to our office to sign the contract the receptionist will greet you and offer you water and coffee until I come get you if you wish to do it all online it is also possible via email.

I need the pick up and drop off address, time and date, and passenger amount to see if I have a bus or limo available. The fleet pictures are on the profile. $100 is the deposit fee. We are now booking all 2024. For prom dates please book weeks in advance. We are almost fully booked for May and June. Reminder, we only stay in the DFW area. We don't go West past Arlington or North past Mckinney or East past Rockwall or South past Waxahachie. Thank you for your loyal business through out the years. Have a great weekend.

Good morning clients. I understand prices for buses and limousines have gone up throughout the years. I just wanted to do a brake down of how we charge. On average for a 30 passenger bus we charge $600 for 3 hours. The bus drives for 3 hours so it spends about half a tank or sometimes almost a full tank depending on the area. One tank on a diesel bus is $225. We pay our drivers $25 an hour. This means it's already $75 for the driver and $225 for the gas so out of $600 we make only $300. Please take this into consideration when you ask for discounts. I allow payment plans but it has to be paid before the day of the event. God bless. 🖤

We also need a few weeks in advance since we get booked very quickly. $100 deposit is required to book the date and the rest is due on the arrival of driver.
