We offer our sincerest sympathy and condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of Mr. Stockton Rush, Mr. Paul-Henry Nargeolet, Mr. Hamish Harding, Mr. Shahzada Dawood and Mr. Suleman Dawood in their tragic loss aboard OceanGate Expeditions' Titan submersible on Sunday June 18 at Titanic's resting place.

May these brave explorers Rest in Eternal Peace ...

We, as everyone else, received word this morning that OceanGate Expeditions submersible "Titan" went missing during yesterday's dive on Titanic.

Like everyone, we remain hopeful that it and it's 5-person crew will be found safe.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those involved in this effort, but especially to the families, friends, and associates of those aboard ...

111 years ago tonight, the great RMS Titanic was lost, taking 1496 people and their dreams from this world - leaving just 712 survivors forever changed by the horror of that night.

The SS Titan Foundation, as always, pauses in reflection to the sacrifices made by so many that cold and tragic evening.

May they continue to rest in eternal peace ...

109 years ago at this moment 18 tiny craft and an overturned "Collapsible" boat held 712 individuals who'd just witnessed the greatest liner in the world disappear beneath the calm waters of the North Atlantic on a frigid early morning - and their lives were forever changed.

The SS Titan Foundation remembers them - and the 1496 others who were tragically lost this night in 1912.
