🚨 It’s Tough to Be a Bug 🐜 is closing March 17! 🚨

Big changes are coming to 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦, and that means saying goodbye to a classic attraction. It’s Tough to Be a Bug, located inside the Tree of Life Theater, will officially close on 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟏𝟕 to make way for an all-new experience.

And what’s next? ✨ The newest show coming to the Tree of Life Theater will feature Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, and all their friends from Disney Animation’s Zootopia! 🦊🐰 𝐙𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚: 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐙𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫! will take guests on an adventure through different biomes seen in the film, bringing the vibrant world of Zootopia to life like never before. Well this could be interesting for my DFW folks!!! 👀

3rd airport! ✈️

For those not from around here- McKinney is about 32 miles north of downtown Dallas.

Perspective!

DFW Airport is 21 miles from my house (American Airlines)

Dallas Love Field is 14 miles from my house (Southwest Airlines)

McKinney National Airport is also 21 miles from house!

Who will fly from there?? Guess we’ll find out!!

The McKinney Planning and Zoning Commission will host a public hearing at its next meeting on Jan. 14, prior to voting on the final approval of the plan.

Today marks the start of a bittersweet journey for Disney fans as 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 at Walt Disney World closes for a major refurbishment. The closure, which will last until 2026, leaves us reminiscing about the iconic “wildest ride in the wilderness” while eagerly anticipating its exciting future.

𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗧𝗠!

Since its opening in Magic Kingdom’s Frontierland in 1980, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad has delighted guests with its thrilling twists, turns, and unforgettable charm. Who can forget the rush of wind as the train races through tunnels, the views of the iconic spires of “Big Thunder,” and the infectious energy of the ride’s beloved theme? From the goat chewing dynamite to the skittering possums and “Hold onto your hats and glasses!” this attraction is a treasure trove of Disney nostalgia.
