About the Chef

Born and raised in Texas, Chef Jared Carbiener has been in the industry for 15+ years and has worked in a wide range of establishments from coast to coast. Most recently he was living in New Orleans and worked with Chef Tory McPhail, Executive Chef, at Commanders Palace as their pm lead for three years before moving to Doris Metropolitan, a higher end steak house where only the best of the best meats are dry-aged in house. He was one of only 2 butchers entrusted with the highly expensive meats due to his skills and experience. Chef Jared also helped create specials on a daily basis. Now he is bringing his talents, skills, creativity, and knowledge of numerous cuisines to the Dallas area with the hopes to bring the best dining experiences to the people.
