This popped up in my memories this morning and thinking back to three years ago and all the thoughts of doubt and fear that I had during that time came pouring back in 🥲

We’ve been back home for a week and I need to keep the Disney blues away so let’s talk about my new favorite resort!

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort 🏝️

It was an absolute dream of mine to be able to stay here! The Polynesian opened along side Walt Disney World in 1971. It is a monorail resort and sits across the Seven Seas Lagoon from the Magic Kingdom!

It is a deluxe resort and the nightly rate can be expensive but in my opinion so worth it! The rooms are spacious, the transportation was fast and had several options (monorail, bus, or boat), deluxe resort extra hours at the parks, and the theming is so immersive and made us feel like we were really in a tropical destination!

The best news is, Deluxe resorts usually always get the highest discount percentages throughout the year!

I figured it’s time for a re-introduction to my travel page since I’ve been MIA for awhile!

My name is Katie and I’m 31 years old! I am married with three beautiful kiddos (10,7, and 3). I teach 2 year old preschool by day and taxi my kids around to their after school activities at night.

I am a self proclaimed Disney adult and I’ve been going to Walt Disney World since I was 6 months old! 👶 Helping people plan their dream disney vacations is a dream come true and I absolutely LOVE it! 💕

Disney will always be my #1 favorite vacation spot, but this year I’ve been blessed to go to some amazing places like Lancaster, Pennsylvania (Amish Country), Hershey Park, a Carnival cruise to the Bahamas, and Memphis to see Graceland. 🤩

Let’s talk about cruising! 🛳️

I was able to take my 2nd ever cruise at the beginning of June on the Carnival Paradise, first cruise with my family! 🌴

What I thought was going to be a week filled with nausea and chaos (what else do you expect with three kids), actually ended up being one of my favorite vacations ever!

The kids LOVED camp ocean and wanted to spend most of their time there which left me and the hubby with time to explore the ship and all the fun activities on board.

Also, how can you not love being able to eat whatever you want, whenever you want without paying out of pocket?!
