Holiday Brook Farm is a fourth generation farm nestled in the beautiful Berkshire hills of Western Massachusetts. We offer our Grass-Fed Beef and Lamb, pastured Pork, organic vegetables, eggs, Maple Products, hay, our "Black-Gold" compost, Christmas trees and firewood. We have our first emu egg of the season! Did you know that one emu egg is equivalent to about 1 dozen chicken eggs?! The flavor is similar to a chicken egg. The emu egg has a larger yolk and lighter egg white, making it an excellent choice for use in recipes such as sponge cake, custard, quiche, frittata, meringues, soufflés and more. Eggs are for sale in our farm store ($25 each) as they become available.

Our Holly Jolly Holiday event is right around the corner! We have lots of fun activities planned, including a wreath decorating station. Drop in any time between 11am and 3pm on December 7th.

Reservations are suggested for wreath decorating. This will ensure we have enough supplies for everyone. Walk ins available based on availability of wreaths.
