Good morning everyone and welcome to our Jobsite Friday visit for our latest remodel project! We're here to review the progress of our ongoing project near and to provide real time in person feed back and guidance to the general contractor.

In our over 25 years of being in business we can't over emphasis how important it is to have an experienced designer on a job site!

A job site is a dynamic, fast-paced setting, and having an experienced designer can make all the difference.

Doing so as part of your project team, on-site ensures that the project will stay on-track and within budget since they would be able to identify potential issues early on in the project lifecycle, saving both time and money while also elevating the quality ex*****on of the intended design of the project.

An experienced designer also understands how to create a design concept that flows seamlessly from one room to another, keeping in mind the overall experience of the user. This creates a cohesive environment that is both visually pleasing and functional.

Other critical reasons to make sure you have an experienced with being on-site designer are:

- A mediator between the builder and the client.

- To bring valuable expertise of safety and compliance codes.

So in conclusion, having a is essential to get the job done right, and is crucial to the success of any construction project. By having their expertise and guidance, the project will be completed more efficiently, and you can have confidence in achieving your design goal while staying within your budget.

Here’s what to consider:

Lighting matters: The lighting in your room can drastically affect how a color appears. We suggest testing paint swatches in different areas and at various times of the day to see how they look under natural and artificial light.
Room size: Keep the size of the room in mind. Lighter colors can make a space feel more open and airy, while darker shades can add depth and intimacy.
Color undertones: Be mindful of color undertones, as they can impact how colors work together. Some neutrals have warm undertones, while others lean cool.

"We the people" is a phrase that appears in the preamble to the United States Constitution and signifies that the power of the government is derived from the collective will and consent of all individuals who make up the nation. It emphasizes the idea that the government exists to serve and represent the people as a whole.

Let us never forget that We The People means ALL of us and may we never take our country of opportunity and freedom for all to pursue their happiness for granted 🇺🇸

🌞SUMMER IS HERE! Is your favorite senior safe this summer?🌞

As the temps start to warm up people over the age of 65 are more prone to heat-related health problems. It's crucial to get ahead of the heat if you're a caretaker or a child of an aging person. Here are our tips to make sure your favorite senior is safe this summer:

– Ensure they have access to a pool if they enjoy spending time outdoors. A day at the pool is a fun way to stay cool in the Southern California heat. Check for community centers or local senior swim exercise classes near you. If they particularly love swimming, get a pool built for them to enjoy.

– Check their air conditioning unit's efficiency. If the unit is over 10 years old, it may be time to replace it. Getting a new AC unit will also lower the likelihood it will go out this summer.

– Try fun drink recipes. It can be difficult to keep up with water intake for many of us. So, create some fun lemonade or flavored water concoctions in the kitchen!

– Schedule outdoor activities for the evening. Everyone loves summer barbecues on their patio, but in the summer, they can be too hot. Schedule these or even open air movie night get togethers for the evening instead.
