We sold another one of our beach vacation rentals. It was so hard to let this one go, as the ocean views will be about impossible to replace, but I am so excited about having one less vacation rental to get booked, cleaned, and maintained. Well, mixed feelings about it, but our Pacific View is in escrow. Sold in the first 24 hours after listing it. Full price and no contingencies.
Buyer, who sounds terrific, did not even see the inside. We are on the fence about selling our condo directly below it, but Mama wants a chicken farm.
