I am excited to announce that I am now a Real Estate Agent in Benzie county and surrounding areas.

I have always had an interest in Real estate (especially Real Estate dreams) and Real estate investing. This summer I started working with out of Traverse City.

I am excited to be working with a company that is more then just a real estate business but a lifestyle Real Estate company. A company that helps people reach their dreams of owning recreation real estate whether that is owning their private deer hunting land or that dream place on the water. Homewaters also helps with residential homes and commercial Real Estate.

These Chromeseekers pages will always have a main focus of fishing. However, you will see some outdoor Real Estate stuff from time to time. I will also be getting back into a passion of mine, Photography. My Instagram page will be a mixture of Real Estate and the outdoors. I am looking forward the opportunity that arises and the people I meet.

With that being said, our fishing season will look a lot different next summer. I will only be prebooking 4-5 trips per week to make sure I have time to do real estate during the busy season. Once those trips are booked that week, I will block off the rest of the week. If I get a call a couple days before the date and I happen to have it available, then I I will get you out fishing. I urge everyone who fishes with me regularly please book your day well in advance so we can get you out.

We have one remaining week left at the cottage for the summer. Other then that, we are completely booked. Aug 20 - 27th. $2000 for the week plus $600 if you want to rent the pontoon boat. The cottage will be available through out the fall until we decide to take it off the market.

We are also taking reservation for 2022. Book then and save $100.
