🚨OFFICIAL STAR 2024 TAGGED REDFISH ALERT🚨

On Monday, an angler from OPP, AL caught our FIRST Blue Tagged Redfish of the 2024 STAR Tournament. Unfortunately, the angler was not registered for the CCA AL STAR Tournament and was ineligible for the 2024 Skeeter Products, Inc SX210 Bay Boat, Yamaha Outboards 150HP Motor, & Trailer Package!

The angler did release the fish! There are still 30 Blue Tagged Redfish swimming in Alabama waters.

Posted wrong tag report earlier…. The two reports posted are of two redfish caught and released only a couple minutes apart. The boys from had me busy tagging fish that day. This is a really cool contrast between two different fishing released in the same spot. One fish stayed in the delta. The other appears to have been headed towards Florida.

Pre trip conversation I suggested and try for some Matt and Bruce were game for whatever. Little did I know that we would land on the best big Spanish mackerel bite that I’ve ever experienced.
