We didn't quite hit the January goal but things are shaping up well! The carriage house apartment is almost ready to go and the Adler house is right behind. Making great progress and hope to have it both ready within a couple weeks for vacation rentals and special events! Here are a few pics from the Adler house

Hello and welcome! We are currently restoring the Historic E.P. Adler House and Carriage House. From wall to wall and floor to ceiling, we are proudly working to bring this piece of local history to the Quad Cities.

As soon as March 2023, you will be able to rent the Adler House and/or carriage house for a getaway vacation, special event or even a longer relaxing stay. Many of the original pieces in the homes are being fully restored.

The Adler Carriage House will stay true to its 1916 farmhouse feel. The Adler Main House will have a "Great Gatsby" vibe, featuring a mix of decor from Victorian and Art Deco to Hollywood Regency and Contemporary Design.

Our end goal: A glamorous-and-comfortable vacation/stay-cation spot where family and friends can make beautiful memories together!

We will continue to update you here on our progress and will share photos in the near future as various areas are completed. More information on rental availability will also be shared.
