Welcome to our contemporary 4-bedroom holiday home in Davenport, Florida. This spacious villa has a high ceilinged hallway that flows nicely into the open plan home, offering a luxurious kitchen and formal dining room. In here, sliding glass doors allow you to spill out onto the swimming pool while opening up the home to even more light and air. Left of the family room is the Master bedroom. This

room features a king-size bed and a walk in wardrobe. You'll also love the ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower, bath and double granite top vanity. Next to the Master suite, you will find a spacious bedroom, offering a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans and 40" LED TVs. The two additional bedrooms are fitted with 2 twin beds, 32" TV"s, closets and a conveniently situated bathroom with a walk in shower and granite top vanity. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an American-Style fridge freezer fitted with an icemaker, a microwave and cooker. At one end of the kitchen is an informal 4 seater breakfast table, whilst on the other side a breakfast bar is available where you can find yourself sitting in one of the bar stools having an aromatic coffee. Beyond the breakfast bar is the formal dining area with a modern glass topped dining table and 6 chairs for a comfortable family dining experience. Through the kitchen area you find the utility room that offers a washer and dryer. This room also leads you into the garage which has been conveniently converted into a games room allowing the little one's (or big one's) a space to enjoy the pool and air hockey table. At the back of the home you will find the large pool area, accommodated with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and two sun loungers to soak up the rays.
