☀️🌴 Our gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated on the much sought-after Sunridge Woods Estate in Davenport, 5 minutes from the Championsgate junction 58 exit off the I4 motorway.

We are ideally situated for Disney being only 15 minutes away, with Universal Studios and SeaWorld being only 25 minutes drive.

Sport is also well catered for with numerous facilities, including golf, fishing, bowling and tennis all within easy reach. However you may just want to laze by the pool, relax in the hot tub/jacuzzi or hone your fussball and pool skills in the games room – all provided for your enjoyment.

There are gentle steps down into the pool and even a small submerged love seat. Soft blue under water lighting creates an amazing ambiance for that late night dip.

The pool area features table and chairs for al fresco dining and a BBQ is provided but must be used outside the screened area for safety and comfort and must be fully cleaned after use.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
