Are you ready to go to Florida in 2025, we are very busy taking enquiries and securing bookings for our future guests.
Our aim is to keep our prices as low as possible to allow everyone the chance to enjoy their holiday without paying high accommodation fees, our nightly price is the same all year round.

£1890 is the cost for 14 nights in 2025 and the villa sleeps maximum of 8 people, pool heating is the only extra fee.

A question we get asked is how far is our Villa to Magic Kingdom, have a look at the attached photo. This is a direct route and no need to drive on the large busy Interstate roads or Toll roads.

One of the big advantages of staying in Oleander Villa is that you can still visit Disney Hotels and eat or shop in any of the Hotels in and around the Disney Parks.
We parked our car in Hollywood Studios but you can park in Disney Springs, then we used various Disney Transport to visit 13 Hotels in the same day before going back to our car.
There is a 21 Disney Hotel Challenge, you need to travel to 21 Hotels in the Disney World area in the same day without going back to your car. You need to take a photo of the Hotel or eat something in the Hotel. It is a tough challenge to do all the hotels.
This is great to do and even more fun when there is a special event or season happening as all the Hotels are decorated to the theme.

This our pool on March 27th 2022, it is 4pm (Florida time) & the temperature is 26 degrees.

People ask us how much sun does our West facing pool get, as you can see there is plenty of sun in the afternoon & evening. During the summer months the sun is higher & you will be able to relax by the pool for the majority of the day.

How easy is it to get to the Theme Parks?
We are just 3 miles from Junction 58 of the i4 providing a direct route to all the parks.
How many cars can park at your Villa?
We have a double driveway so you can park 2 cars.
Do you have an off peak nightly rate?
We do not, we keep our nightly price as low as possible and we offer the same price throughout the year.
Do I need a car when staying in Oleander Villa?
No you can use Uber, we recently travelled without hiring a car & Uber charges approx $20 each way to the Disney Parks.

When booking a Villa in Florida it is important to know what restaurants are close to where you are staying.
You will never go hungry when you stay in Oleander Villa as it is less than 3 miles from Champions Gate & here are some of the restaurants to choose from -

Did you know you only need to pay 20% deposit to secure the booking for our Villa. Then the balance is due 10 weeks before you check in.
Have a look at our website & hopefully you will be pleased to see that we have kept the nightly price the same all year round.

There is always a great time to have a swim when staying in our Villa.
During the cooler months we do suggest you pay the extra fee for the pool heating but this does mean you will be able to have an evening swim after a long day in the parks.

Remember when in Florida go large.
Did you know Walmart delivers your shopping directly to our Villa.
If you sign up to Walmart plus for 15 days you can get as many deliveries for free during your 2 week stay in our Villa.
This is great if you don't want to take your children to Walmart on the first day of arrival.

If you are concerned with the extremely high fees for Car Hire since the pandemic then we would highly recommend using Uber.
For the first 5 days of our trip we used Uber, even taking us from the Airport to the Villa.
Make sure you register for the Uber Pass and sign up for the 1st month free. This gives you the best drivers and 5% discount off your trip.
Here are some examples of the prices we paid from our Villa, these can vary when it is busy or there is limited drivers available (wait 10 minutes and try again as you will see the price change). I have not included the tip as you will be asked to pay the tip after your trip.
MCO Airport to the Villa = $45
Villa to Magic Kingdom = $22
Villa to Disney Springs = $21
Villa to Animal Kingdom = $14
If you want to go to Champions Gate for dinner then that is approx $9 each way.

Disney is not all about the Theme Parks, they take pride in providing areas for nature whilst creating nice places to walk.
This is a new walk from Magic Kingdom to Grand Floridian Hotel.
From there you can take the Monorail, Bus or Ferry.

We finally made it to Florida, it was so smooth even with the extra checks for Covid.
Please keep an eye on our page and if you are planning on travelling over the next 12 months to our Villa you maybe interested in our messages over the next week.
Car hire is double what we have paid in the past, we have decided to use Uber to get around & we will be giving you examples of how easy it is & how much we paid.

It is November the 8th 2021 which means after 600 days you can gather your family together again and fly to Orlando.
Whether you fly from Heathrow Airport or Manchester Airport but you need a place to stay then check our website our 4 bedroom Villa less than 20 minutes from Disney World.

It is time to travel back to Florida, we have some fantastic dates available at a superb nightly price.
Our Villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people but don't worry we have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so there is plenty of space if you have got 8 guests staying.

We get asked regularly by people wanting to book our Villa
"How much sun does your pool get as it is West facing? ".
Here is a photo taken at 4.20pm on February 13th 2020, the temperature was 31 degrees Celsius or 87 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is a cooler month in Florida, during the summer months the sun is higher & on the pool area until almost sunset (in July / August this is normally after 8pm).
Pool Heating is recommended from the end of September to the end of April when booking our Villa.

We recommend these Disney Ice Cream to any guests staying in our Villa.
You can currently purchase them at Publix store just 1 mile from the Villa for approx $7 for a box of 6 Ice Creams.
