New centerpiece; we picked those the shells last week from a quiet beach in Siesta Key which is about 2 hours away.

Getting down Florida to work and accomplished a lot over a busy Christmas week:

- flood lights fixed;
- new cups and utensils;
- washed carpets;
- washed upholstered sofa and chairs;
- washed all decorative pillows;
- deep cleaned grill.

Spent two days on deep cleaning the house: dusting fans, wipe clean every blinds, washing decorative pillows, shampooing upholstery chairs, and the biggest project was washing the sectional- took four people to take off the covers and reassemble them. Now it’s like new!

New arcade basketball game! Previous one was broken, so this time we invested more than $500 in this one with metal frame. It’s also bigger and more fun!

Tropical storm has passed- same as last time, we didn’t have any flooding, damage, power outage or internet outage. Orlando is really a good place! This picture is taken from our Ring doorbell camera. Clubhouse and all amenities will reopen tomorrow!
