Villa Azure Sky will be completed at the end of January 2014 and will have 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Solterra is located in Davenport and is less than 15 minutes to Disney and also provides easy access to I4 and Highway 27. Solterra is a resort community and when the clubhouse is finished early next year it will have a large community pool with water slide, fitness room, internet room, childre

n's playground, volleyball and tennis courts. Villa Azure Sky is completely south facing so will get the sun all day long and it faces conservation land giving a private feel to the pool area. The lania (shaded porch) stretches along the length of the house to give shade from the sun. The pool desk has also been extended to house the oversized pool and spa. The 6 bedrooms will be spilt into two masters with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two queens bedrooms and two twin bed childrens rooms. One with a disney theme and the other with a minion theme. There will also be a formal living room, family room and a loft area. The garage will house a games room. The kitchen will be fully equipped with built in applicance and all you need to prepare a snack or a full meal.
