Close to I4 and 192 and local shops & restaurants. Is a 4 bedroom home, with Two Double ensuite rooms a Twin room and a triple room with a shared family bathroom. The house includes and spacious lounge with Flat screen TV, DVD and Cable TV. The

home includes WiFi, and a games console. The Large Kitchen & dining is both light and spacious, comfortably seating 8 at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a separate Laundry Room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron

The garage is converted into a fun Games room with its own A/C and includes table football, Basket Ball Net, and Pool Table. Outside there is a good size pool, which is facing east. Its gets the sun for the majority of the day. The Pool area has plenty of space to swim or relax on the deck. The pool area & pool can bit lit up at night to enjoy its all day long. Its covered with a Lanai. This home supplies all bed linen and towels. Situated just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, and other Major Theme Parks. Just off the Highway 27 close to Champions Gate and just a few miles or so from I4 and 192 (16 miles to the Magic Kingdom car park)

Plenty of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Great if you have a love of the outdoors just 15 minutes from lake Louisa a state park, with bike riding and plenty of outdoor activities. If you love golf we are just minutes from various golf courses including Champions Gate.

Thank you so much for inviting us into your beautiful home - we originally booked for 2020 and can say it was 100% worth the wait to finally visit in 2024.
The homeliest villa we have stayed in and even our 7-year-old said its his favourite villa we've stayed in!
The villa is decorated beautifully & had plenty of home comforts - liked the little touches like books available & the kitchen was very well equipped.
Kids loved the games room and its the first villa we've stayed in that has air con in the garage!
We will definitely look to use Mags Den again the future 🙂

Thank you All who have messaged to see how Mags Den is after Hurricane Milton passed through Orlando last night

We are very thankful that no real damage occurred just a few pool screen panels and our guests are safe, they took great care bringing in pool furniture etc to keep our home safe and we’ve been lucky enough to still have power / WiFi

We know many areas have been devastated by the two recent hurricanes and our thoughts are with their communities in rebuilding their homes / businesses

Our brilliant management company Becky at AAALux Villa as always have been on hand to our guests and us, Thank you

Booking very easy
Excellent communication from Caroline from start to finish . All arrival information etc sent in plenty time - with a follow up just to check all received.
Arrived at this wonderful villa with very high standards, very well maintained and spotless. Furnishings very modern and well kept.
This villa has everything in it you could ever need and more . The games room is perfect for winding down after a day at the parks or in our case spending the evening as hurricane Helene passed by .
I will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to all my family and friends 5***** all the way .

“We’ve just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Florida, and we were delighted to be able to stay in Mags Den Villa again. This was our second time staying in the villa and it’s our home from home. Beautifully spacious, well equipped and comfortable, it’s a fabulous place for the whole family to relax and take some time out from the parks, shopping, etc, etc. We love the area as it’s peaceful and the neighbours are friendly, and it’s within striking distance of all the main attractions (driving is so easy in Florida and adds to the whole experience of holidaying in the US). The newly built Publix supermarket nearby was a welcome addition – grocery shopping on a different scale for us Brits. And we finally discovered the restaurants etc at the nearby area of Champions Gate. I cannot see why we would ever want to stay anywhere else and we are already plotting our next visit. "Hi everyone,We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday at Magsden in Davenport. The villa wsa lovely ,clean ,with four bedrooms. It was in easy reach of the Disney Parks and Kennedy Space Centre.The weather was very hot and it was very useful to be able to return late-afternoon and jump into the excellent swimming pool. We had people to look after the villa who were useful to phone up if anything was wrong.We had supermarkets (Publix and Walmart)locally and many restaurants locally. Our family were glad of the air conditioning and I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Magsden to anyone travelling to Orlando Kindest regards, The Seabourne Family"

We have just returned back home from an amazing family holiday staying at Orlando Villa Mags Den. The villa was fantastic and the owners really have put everything in place to ensure you have an amazing time in their home. The pool area is great for the days when you need a break from the parks and we also had a blast in the games room.
The location of the villa in Davenport is fab for easy access to the parks and close to lots of restaurants and shops.
Communication from the hosts was spot on, they even checked to make sure we had arrived and then returned home safely. Thank you so much we will most definitely be returning.

We’ve just returned from our amazing Florida holiday whilst staying at “Orlando Villa Mags Den” in Davenport.
I’ve always wanted to travel to Florida to see all the parks and experience the Disney and Universal Studio magic so we decided to plan for a holiday of a life time just under two years ago. It was then that we came across this lovely reasonabley priced family run Villa in Davenport, literally 30 mins down the road from all the parks and attractions but also close to shops.
We stayed at the Villa from the 20th of May 2024 for two weeks and it easily accommodated for 7 of us, with very spacious rooms and beds, Air con to help us sleep at night, Wash facilities, Dish Washer, Cooker, Microwave, Games Room, literally everything you need to help you enjoy your holiday but I think the best part was the pool for the kids (and us) to cool down in after we’d returned from the parks.
We would love to visit Florida again in the not too distant future so I would like to think that we could stay in this lovely Villa again.

Trip out to Islands of Adventure with my lovely family today First of the sat nav took us a new route no I4 same time but we were moving and was nice to see a different view on our drive Gorgeously warm in the sunshine and plenty of rides on a pretty busy day we got here about 12pm after a few morning jobs and a late breakfast Spider man, Hulk (I bag held on this one) storm, Dr Doom (andy & Sophie) skull island, Poseidon, Harry Potter the forbidden journey (single riders) Harris’s motorbike ride (OMG best ride of the day for me ❤️) adventure river ride (Jurassic park a little wet splash) Popeye river rapids (soaked!) rip saw falls (more soaked) kids then went round again as they were wet Upgraded our passes to Annual pass, the dinner on Idrive went to Carrabbas we’ve been before but tonight was disappointing Took a long time to bring our soup (30 mins) meal the arrived and soup virtually taken whilst half way through, Andy’s meal was then cold (removed from bill) plus one fussy kid who didn’t really like hers, mine was delicious and the comp dessert was yummy but the service was pretty poor followed by some over trying when they realised they’d cheesed us off by which stage was a bit late (no tip !) Quick 25 minute to get home enjoying a cuppa before bed Otherwise a really lovely day and lots of smiles all round 22896 steps plus a 20 minute swim before breakfast

Every year we make some upgrades, replace items and keep the home looking lovely. Already since December 2015, the home has has all new TVs, bedding & towels, a complete interior repaint and new flooring throughout. Upgrades to bedrooms, furniture and general decor. Two new bathrooms have been refitted all showers are dual headed. The house includes a spacious lounge with Flat screen TV, DVD and Cable TV. The home also includes WiFi, and a games console with a selection of games. The large kitchen & dining area is both light and spacious, comfortably seating 8 at the table.
