Good morning everyone.

Not villa related but just wondered how many people on our page are from Birmingham like us?

The reason I ask is that in my spare time I volunteer for Cats Protection. I have 2 roles, Meet & Greet Volunteer at the West Midlands Adoption Centre and Fundraising Team Leader for the South Birmingham Branch.

Putting a face to a name!

Since our last 'meet the owner post' we've had lots of new bookings and new followers.

We are Sam & Derek Forth, we live in Birmingham, UK and we have had the pleasure of owning Toni's Villa, Tuscan Hills, Davenport since April 2018, soon to be 7 years, wow where has that time gone?

We understand that it can be overwhelming when booking directly with owners but it's much better financially and what you see is what you get.

There are so many ways a guest can check out an owner from their licence numbers , address, photos, social media, advertising sites or facetime calls.

Equally it can also be nerve racking for the owner trusting their guests in their 'home away from home' and investment who spend $1000s making it comfortable and inviting.

Our villa holds a very special place in our hearts 💕 for personal reasons and we look forward to welcoming you.

We don't want any potential guest to feel doubtful so thought we would share our mugshots again!

Welcome to Toni’s Villa

Enjoy your dream holiday in Orlando whilst at this three bedroom villa on Tuscan Hills. The villa has a pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to the lounge, or make use of the pool table in the games room. The property is on Tuscan Hills, a gated community with a load of on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay. You can let the little ones run about in their own dedicated play area, before facing off against family and friends in the volleyball or tennis courts. You can also maintain your fitness regime in the community's on-site gym. Tuscan Hills is along the US27 in Davenport, around 15-30 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Orlando, such as the Disney parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. A short drive from the US27 is the junction to the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the street.


  • Living Accommodation - The lounge is near the entrance to property with seating for six guests on a corner sofa, around a wall-mounted flat screen TV as well as a set of patio doors leading out onto the pool deck.

  • The kitchen - With white appliances and a breakfast bar for two, is to the rear of the property and adjoins the lounge. The dining area, for six people, is nearby and is located near a second set of patio doors out onto the pool deck.
