Our Games Room is absolutely great, even I like it and I am not a fan of them normally! We have a slate bed pool table (in red), an Air Hockey table, Electronic Darts and the most incredible Games Machine. It is an Arcade Machine full of the old favourites such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Asteroids etc etc. There are 80 games in total and it is brilliant!!

We also have a 52" HDTV in here just for the XBOX 360 Kinect Games Machine! We have lots of games and a couple of comfy chairs to sit in while playing games - fantastic fun!

The room is fully carpeted with huge fans to keep you cool as well as a modern bar table and stools. It is a really fun room brightly decorated.

It keeps my boys occupied - which is always a good thing!

We are so so lucky with our villa - we have a very generous amount of garden all around us which gives us privacy from our neighbours and also the ability to talk on the deck without everyone around listening in to our conversation - which is a really big plus point in rental homes!
We are very private. We also have garden areas to the back and front.

Pool / Deck Area:

Our pool and deck area is wonderful. We have the sun on our deck and pool all day long. I love to watch the sun go down at the end of the day behind the trees at the back of our community. We have the sun at the back of our villa until the last moment possible. Our deck area is larger than normal as we extended it while it was being built - there is loads of room for all 6 loungers, the table and chairs and for the children to play without falling into the pool. The deck area is very private with plants and shrubs around the villa.

'Disney Villa' our Beautiful Villa with Large Sunny sun trap Pool deck with Spa
Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with whirlpool bath.
We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and we**am, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.

We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.

We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.
