Dear potential guest…
Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with whirlpool bath.
We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and we**am, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.

We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.

We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.

Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe.

We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests

Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on.

If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away.
