Brookbank Villa is a two storey detached villa situated in the tranquil gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. It looks onto a conservation area so is not overlooked by neighbours.
We have been doing quite a bit of work over the last year or so inside our home and we have just refurbished the pool deck. The pool was resurfaced, including new tiles and the pool deck was freshly painted.

* security cameras outside of the villa for your protection. The first one monitors the drive and the second monitors the side of the villa with access to the pool deck. The doorbell also has a security camera installed.
What is nearby?
Our location (Champions gate) is within easy reach of Walt Disney World, shops, banks, restaurants and has easy access on to the I-4, US 27 and Highway 192.
A Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, Posner park, along with various restaurants such as Millers Ale House, Wendy’s, Cracker Barrel, Manny’s Chophouse are within easy reach
Disney, with all its attractions, takes approximately 15 minutes’ drive from our home, with Universal, Sea World, and many more world famous attractions taking 25 minutes.
But it isn’t all about theme parks. If you like shopping, Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue is a must as well as the Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall.
If you like golf then this is available at Champions Gate Golf Club, a 4 minute drive away. But there are a number of great golf courses nearby too.
