Our vacation home is situated within a picturesque, quiet and small exclusive Mediterranean style enclave of luxurious villas within 15 minutes of Disney Theme Parks and less than 5 minutes from championship golf courses as well as a wide range of shopping facilities that include a Publix supermarket/pharmacy, Wells Fargo bank, hairdressers, restaurants, gas station, dentist and many other amenities. A non-refundable Deposit of 25% of the full Rental Cost is required to secure a reservation with the balance not due until 30 days prior to Arrival. Pool Heating is an optional extra at an additional cost - current pricing details can be found on the above websites. A Security Deposit of $300 is required to protect the Owners against damage etc to the property - refunded within 10 days of Departure Date if no claims are made against it. This can be secured by a credit card.
