We bought this house in March 2010 and after a renovation and redecorating it was finshed in September 2010.

It's a 2-Storey building with a covered Lanai/Patio, gameroom, garden tub, located in a gated resort community, heatable electric pool, free usable Internet, outdoor whirlpool bath and a South-Facing Pool. We are visiting the Florida and Orlando area for more then 20 years and were looking for a place for ourselves and we think that we have found THE spot and have done our best to make it a modern

and open space house. This is a spacious, modern family home, perfect for your Vacation and 2 families can easily be accommodated in the variety of bedrooms with a master King Bedroom, plus balcony, 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 Twin Bedrooms (1 on each floor). Disney and the variety of shops are approximately 20 minutes away and after a hectic day at the many attractions, guests can chill in the spa, relax on the sun loungers on the pool deck, or simply keep-in- touch with the wireless internet connection provided free of charge. There is ample seating incorporated in 2 lounge areas, with a formal dining setting to seat 8, plus a breakfast nook for the early risers and a breakfast bar for extra flexibility. The kitchen is very well equipped and comprises of a new dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave, ample cooking utensils and cookware. The utility room has the regular washer and drier machines to ensure laundry is not a task and likewise there is a vacumn and cleaning implements to cope with any accidental spills. There is a Club House for guests to use, which has a gym, tennis court and outdoor pool. These facilities are free of charge and 1 key per household is available which must be returned to the Property Managers. We hope we can maintain the high standards and we can ensure you will be able to return to West Haven, to enjoy another happy, stress free vacation.
