Our stunning privately-owned villa is located close to restaurants, shops and world-class golf courses, being less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World. Kick back and relax in the open plan lounge with views out across the magnificent pool to the lake beyond. Plenty of seating for the whole family, large 65” flat-screen TV with internet-enabled TV streaming services which is perfect for a relaxing
night in. The fully-equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances, granite countertops, and every tool you require to make a delicious meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the formal dining area with seating for 6 guests. The beautiful master bedroom, with a large UK Super king size bed and en-suite bathroom, is a welcome retreat at the end of a long day spent exploring the many Central Florida attractions. There is also a safe for your personal use. There are two UK King size bedrooms; each configured with an adjacent bathroom which can be closed off from the rest of the villa to create a private en-suite bathroom; and an additional bedroom comprising of twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen Roku TVs with internet-enabled TV streaming services, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage for your belongings. A Laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is provided for your convenience. The Games Room offers plenty of action with a pool table, Air Hockey game, Electronic darts, and a TV with Sony PlayStation 4 and several games. The large, fully-screened pool invites you to take a refreshing dip or you may prefer to soak up the sun while relaxing on one of the many provided sun beds. The full-length covered lanai offers seating in the shade and has three fans to keep you cool. Plenty of towels are provided for your convenience. The pool/Spa can be heated for an additional charge (recommend during winter months) and there are door alarms for added security when you have small children in your party. High speed internet and Wi-Fi is provided at no additional charge along with local telephone calls. We have even fitted USB charging points throughout so you can leave your chargers at home.

Opening January 2025, the Outback Steakhouse. Another great addition to the area and only 1.5 miles from our villa.

Exciting updates for 2024! 🏡 We've introduced stylish new vertical blinds to the primary suite, lounge, and dining room windows, adding a touch of elegance to our living spaces. 🪟 Additionally, we've embraced energy efficiency by fitting solar heat-reflecting film on all windows. Our villa is located just 1 mile from the Osceola Polk Line where you will find a host of wonderful restaurants, fast food outlets and shops. Easily walkable if you haven’t got a car or a short ride by taxi.
The development of Rafina, along the Osceola Polk Line, have just announced more well known restaurants coming to this ever popular area which include Texas Road, Panda Express, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bojangles’ and Cold Stone Creamery.

Spring has sprung and the EPCOT International & Flower Garden Festival is underway. A great time was had by all yesterday at the America Garden Theatre, World Showcase, watching Kool and The Gang perform. Very cool 😎

On May 4th 2019, at 02:48 am, SpaceX launched its Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Centre. Its mission is to deliver supplies to the International Space Centre. We were there to capture this amazing experience, which we would recommend to anyone who gets the chance, by observing it from the Max Brewer Bridge at Titusville, Fl.
