Welcome to the Tuscan Hills Luxury Villa

The perfect villa for families and groups of friends. The spacious well furnished villa consists of an open-plan living area, a family lounge with large TV, a dining area with eight seats, a well-equipped kitchen including new cooker, washing machine & and tumble dryer with breakfast bar and nook. Patio doors leading to the private south facing pool with spa. Outside there is a large extended sundeck which is fully screened, external toilet and outside shower. The pool has a safety fence which can be removed when not required. All patio doors leading to pool area are fitted with safety alarm.

There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, 3 of which have been recently renovated.

In and Around Tuscan Hills
Tuscan Hills is the perfect location for visiting all the many Orlando area attractions. Disney World, Universal and Sea World are only a short minutes. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1 mile south of the junction with US192 West.
Golfers will be delighted to know the Orlando area boasts some of the finest golf courses, many of which are located very close to Tuscan Hills where membership is not essential - pay and play, including clubs hire is available.
A variety of restaurants are situated minutes from the villa with a more extensive selection available in nearby Kissimmee.

Whilst there is an array of local shops, including a new Wal-Mart Superstore nearby, visitors to the Orlando area will be delighted to discover an amazing choice of quality and bargain based shops are all available within a 30 minute drive.
