Our job as Owners is to give you, our guests an awesome experience when you come to visit with providing you a clean, cozy, comforting experience. We love the Sun and Fun and being from Michigan we wanted to find homes that would suit us when we were down there visiting. So we made sure all of our homes sit on very private lots with no rear neighbors. We found that to be a very rare thing when try

ing to find a vacation home. Many of the other vacation homes back up to each other and the pools face each other on very small lots. One thing we noticed several years ago when we started looking at Orlando Disney vacation homes (being the largest tourist attraction in the world) was that most of the homes were being maintained by large management companies. Meaning they would focus on taking your money and putting you in a house. Houses that had not been updated for years, in some cases decades. Or they would put you in a different house at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Not the best way to start your vacation. What you see is what you get with us. Each of our homes have been updated with newer tile and laminate flooring. That makes for a cleaner environment. We spared no expense when it came to the furnishings as well. From our superior bedding, pots and pans, house accessories and even providing a Webber grill for your use. In fact we are constantly reminded by our guests how cozy our sheets are so we did get set up as a distributor and we can get them for you at a fraction of the cost listed on the company’s website. If your goal is wanting to visit the beach a day or two we are just over an hour away from either coast. Personally we prefer Clearwater beach but Cocoa beach has much to offer as well. Most attractions are within 20-30 minutes of our houses. We are also in very close proximity (walking distance really) to some of the most beautiful golf courses in Florida. You will not find a more private, clean, cozy home away from home and for that very reason we have guests that prefer to come back year after year. Hey everyone, just letting you know we have SOLD all of our properties in Florida, so I will be disabling this page soon. We have moved our rental properties over to Arizona... less stress and more fun 😎 My maintenance guy is now named Dave... lol. We have officially SOLD our Tangerine house. Although it is bittersweet we can now pursue a property here in Arizona!! I do have a few weeks open in April, May and June at our Yellow house.
