Family fun is just around the corner with Disney less than a 15 minute drive away and Universal studios only 25 minutes away. If shopping is your pleasure, Orlando offers a number of great shopping venues to choose from. There are 2 premium outlets in the area along with the Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia. Convenience is also just around the corner. Publix is located adjacent to the property and is less than 0.5 km away, as well as several restaurants including Applebee’s. CVS pharmacy is just across the street and there is even a medical center within walking distance. Wal-Mart is approximately 4 km away with target approximately 5 km away. We are always trying to keep our unit with new furnishings and amenities. Some of our recent upgrades to our condo include:

New dishwasher
New 42 inch tv for the main room
New sofa
New keypad door lock with new code for each guest
Replaced cutlery and small appliances including kettle and coffee pot
