Gluten Free Irish Soda Bread
Currents are hard to locate; golden raisins are a tasty alternative. Our go-to GF flour is Bob’s Red Mill’s 1 to1 Blend. Avoid using too much flour to “dust board and loaf for a moister result.”

Make-Ahead Instant Oatmeal Jars
Buy oatmeal, dried fruit and nuts in bulk and make your own version of instant oatmeal, while saving money at the same time. Use mason jars or zip-lock bags to portion out your meal. Skip the salt; I don’t miss it with the added flavor of a spice mix and milk. I find a bigger breakfast prevents pre-lunch snacks. One of my favorite combinations this time of year is pecan pieces, dates, & pumpkin spice.

One-Pot French Onion Soup Rice Skillet
Use Pacific Foods French Onion Soup and skip a step. Long grain rice takes closer to closer to 25 minutes to cook on my stove. Don’t be discouraged if the rice takes longer than 15 minutes to cook.

5 Gourmet Grilled Cheese Ideas GF Style
FOGGY BOTTOM. Use Cinnamon Raisin Canyon Bakehouse sprinkled with chopped Walnuts as a base and add Humboldt Fog goat cheese plus a few slices of Prosciutto di Parma for a perfect salty-creamy bite.
THE ULTIMATE. Take two awesome cheeses, Comté St. Antoine Gruyère plus Barber’s 1833 Vintage Cheddar, put them on Ud’s Soft White Bread, and you get a simply perfect grilled cheese.
DELISH. The perfect grilled cheese for brunch! Take slices of Deer Creek’s The Doe, stack them between slices of Eban’s White Bread spread with DLM Apricot Preserves, and grill until golden brown.
